Our Return Policy

We pride ourselves of putting our buyers first, and that means making sure you get what you want. Our return policy ensures you have every chance of getting the right product(s) and provides coverage for those situations where problems arise.

Customers will be able to return defective products within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange. Please note that refunds will only take place if a product cannot be replaced or exchanged.

Please note items cannot be returned WITHOUT the invoice of the order.

If after a period of 7 days from date of receipt of product, the buyer is dissatisfied with the product for any reason, they can still contact us and we would endeavour to help in any way we can.
